The gritti group is one of the biggest European group in the buttons business, our company has been founded 80 years ago in 1924 and now we are abt 400 people divided in 4 companies, 2 in Italy, 1 in France and 1 in Vietnam. We are also in Hong Kong with a small production and trading office, and we have many suppliers based in China, Indonesia, Australia and all pacific areas as far as shells are concerned. We make buttons in all possible material (MOP, horn, corozo and polyester) but mainly in natural mother of pearl material like whitelip MOP shells, trochus shells, blacklip MOP shells and akoya shells. We are trying new suppliers of raw materials and blanks shells.
